Goldspring Consulting’s Kevin Iwamoto Joins WINiT Advisory Board

Sunnyvale, CA – January 17, 2018 – Corporate travel and meetings industry veteran, Kevin Iwamoto, was appointed to the Advisory Board of WINiT, a network of women and men providing career development programs, services, and opportunities to women in the travel, meeting, event, and exhibition industries. In this role, he will lend his industry insight and expertise to inform WINiT’s long-term strategic direction as well as the focus and scope of the programs and services it offers to its over 3,000 members.

Iwamoto is an award winning and highly recognized subject matter expert in the corporate travel, personal brand development, General Data Protection Requirement (GDPR), meetings and events sectors. Prior to working as a Senior Consultant for GoldSpring Consulting, he served as the Vice President of Industry Strategy for Lanyon Solutions, where he guided the strategy for the business travel, meetings, and events industry marketplace and worked with Fortune 200 clients to develop world class strategic meetings management programs.  Iwamoto also worked as Vice President of Industry Development for Starcite and Active Network. Before working for Active Network, he spent 11 years as a Senior Travel Commodity Manager for Hewlett Packard and also as a Senior Travel Account Manager for The Walt Disney Company and Corporate Sales Manager for Northwest Airlines .
