TMCs will continue to propose subscription models. Buyers have historically rejected these for lack of transparency and difficultly in auditing. The most likely model will be some fixed amounts (account management, reporting, etc.) paid separate from the usual transaction fee.
Probably a hybrid model is an good choice. We'd suggest listing all tasks currently performed under a transaction model, including staff time/cost allocations, then asking for pricing to include all those tasks (subscription) and you can compare the the transaction model - but using the same number of transactions for both models.
GoldSpring has a standard approach which is automated via our proprietary technology solution. For other approaches, usually best approach is to use what is provided to you from your incumbent as that is familiar so you can delete current costs and provide to others for pricing.

Thanks Will, (1) what do you call the model of Fix amount + transaction fee? how do you show the matrix for subscription model vs transaction fee?

Hi, is there a standard pricing template that can be used as a starting off point?
