Class II: Designing a Leading and Effective M&E Program
Monday, October 26 at 11:00 am CT (Make up on Monday, November 2 at 10:00 am CT)
In this class, we will cover a meetings assessment framework so you can visualize the components for meetings management success. We'll also dive into the components of an end-to-end meetings program and the Strategic Meetings Management ecosystem to cover creating and designing various program operating models.
Class III: Program Supporting Elements
Monday, November 2 at 11:00 am CT (Make up on Monday, November 9 at 10:00 am CT)
Take a look at today’s evolving contracting landscape. We’ll share tips and tricks for the negotiation table and highlight key considerations when planning your next program and building meeting contract templates.
Class IV: Q&A Session Monday, November 9 at 11:00 am CT
It's a wrap-up Q&A session, we will compile all questions asked throughout this series as well as open the floor to the audience to ask questions they may have! This is an optional class and is not required to receive certification.
