Class II: Designing a Leading and Effective M&E Program

In this class, we will cover a meetings assessment framework so you can visualize the components for meetings management success. We'll also dive into the components of an end-to-end meetings program and the Strategic Meetings Management ecosystem to cover creating and designing various program operating models.
Class III: Program Supporting Elements

Take a look at the new contracting landscape in the post-COVID era. We’ll cover some tips and tricks to bring to the negotiation table and some key aspects to keep in mind when planning your next program and creating meeting program contract templates.

It's a wrap-up Q&A session, we will compile all questions asked throughout this series as well as open the floor to the audience to ask questions they may have! This is an optional class and is not required to receive certification.
