Class I:  Meeting Journey and Industry Trends


We’ll open the series with a forward look at what’s shaping the meetings & events industry in 2025 and into 2026—plus how to successfully apply these trends and initiatives to your program.


Class II: Designing a Leading and Effective M&E Program


In this class, we will cover a meetings assessment framework so you can visualize the components for meetings management success.  We'll also dive into the components of an end-to-end meetings program and the Strategic Meetings Management ecosystem to cover creating and designing various program operating models.


Class III: Program Supporting Elements


Take a look at today’s evolving contracting landscape. We’ll share tips and tricks for the negotiation table and highlight key considerations when planning your next program and building meeting contract templates.


Class IV: Q&A Session

It's a wrap-up Q&A session, we will compile all questions asked throughout this series as well as open the floor to the audience to ask questions they may have! This is an optional class and is not required to receive certification.
