Class I: Winning Characteristics of the Successful Business Travel Professional

Kevin offers valuable guidance on creating and maintaining a personal brand throughout your career with an uplifting, positive message about living (not just talking about) your brand.
Class III: Persuading from Within: Turning Travel Buyers into Effective Influencers
Dates: Monday, January 27th at 11 am CT (Make Up on Monday, February 3rd at 10 am CT)

Corporate travel buyers often face challenges in advocating for their programs and securing internal buy-in. This interactive session equips participants with
practical persuasion skills, techniques for stakeholder engagement, and a process to overcome objections. Through live role-playing, collaborative discussions, and Q&A, attendees will master the art of influencing stakeholders for their travel programs internally.
Class IV: Building Your Communications Skills
Dates: Monday, February 3rd at 10 am CT (Make Up on Monday, February 10th am CT)

Join us as we work on the softer skills that build confidence and lead to better communication. We'll cover key areas of: Listening, Writing and Presentation Skills (both in-person and virtual). We cover social engagement, time, email and calendar - with tips and tricks to perform at your best.
