How would you recommend we keep that stakeholders map current? I mean what about new meeting planners and new admins how to be constantly creating program awareness? It's not always immediate to identify new comers to the meeting planning population.

Recommend keeping it as simple as possible. Start with your key stakeholders and create a spreadsheet with these stakeholders and where they map to the four quadrants. Then create a communication plan around each of the quadrants. Regarding new entries into your organization....what about an update from your HR department on who has joined and departed to help you manage? Or engage with the key admin from each department for updates. Refine your plan as you engage with these stakeholders. You will then begin to see what is working and not working and revise accordingly.
