Kristel Nesrallah

Kristel joined GoldSpring to lead strategic meetings initiatives with key clients. She has over 20 years experience in the meetings & events and business travel industry supporting a variety of sectors including Life Sciences, Technology, Automotive and Professional Services. As an accomplished senior leader in relationship management, sales & operations she has designed, implemented and operated successful multinational and global SMM programs for multiple clients.

Originally from South Africa, Kristel moved to the US in 2002 (via London) to work for Ashfield Meetings & Events, a leading strategic event management company in a variety of roles from meeting operations to client management . After 11 years she moved to Starcite (now cvent) and supported customers in designing & implementing their technology solutions to support their SMM programs.

In 2014, Kristel joined American Express GBT and lead a team of business development executives and later as Senior Director of account management & operations. In both roles she consulted with prospective and existing clients to build their SMM programs, consolidate their meetings & event spend and optimize existing programs.
