Carmen Schneider

Carmen Schneider is a Senior Consultant at GoldSpring Consulting with 30 years’ experience in global travel management, with deep expertise in end-to-end operations, stakeholder engagement, and supplier strategy.  Known for her professionalism and integrity, Carmen partners with corporate clients to optimize airline and hotel programs while aligning with broader organizational goals.

Prior to joining Goldspring, Carmen led global travel programs at Baxter Healthcare, Aon Corporation, and Alight Solutions including policy implementation, sourcing, reporting, and financial analysis that delivered measurable value and operational efficiency.

Fluent in German, Carmen's career began with Lufthansa German Airlines, where she completed an intensive two-year management trainee program before advancing through key account sales and leadership roles.

Outside of work, she enjoys travel, yoga, pickleball, reading and spending time with family, friends, and her rescue dog, Kaylee.
