Carrie Garnett is an analyst at GoldSpring Consulting, specializing in the air and hotel product lines. Carrie has played many roles over the course of her career in the travel industry.
She began in 2010 as an Account Executive with EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services, supporting the company’s business development efforts and client relationship management.
In 2017, Carrie joined Toyota Motor North America as part of the Travel and Events team. During her tenure, she navigated through a company-wide travel policy mandate, completed a holistic restructuring of the hotel program and founded the department’s communications strategy.
She is passionate about changing the negative “millennial” stereotype in the industry and spoke at the Global Business Travel Association’s annual convention in 2019 on the topic. Carrie went on to join FCM Travel Solutions consulting arm, 4th Dimension, in 2020. Her primary focus was on hotel sourcing strategy and improving data integrity.

She is currently the acting Travel Manager overseeing a global program spanning 42 countries. Previously, she worked for Toyota Motor North America as a buyer and was also an account manager at EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services for many years.
