After quickly moving from entry-level to management positions, she joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where she spent 31 years in operational senior management. For the last 15 years, she led the global implementation and client service configuration teams, where she ensured the successful implementation and operational design of CWT’s global and multi-national clients, implementing over $10B in volume in 100+ countries. Kathy’s expertise in global capabilities, service configuration options and successful implementation processes has helped clients reach their service and savings objectives.
