Kathy Voss

Kathy Voss joined GoldSpring Consulting as a senior consultant after a 13 year career at CWT. Kathy led operations teams responsible for a wide range of customers including several Fortune 100 customers. Her last responsibility at CWT was creating a global team responsible for supporting travelers in the back office functions such as invoicing, debit memos, refunds and queue management. 

Kathy earned her MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and has additional operations  experience working for Citi and Orbitz.  She enjoys working on cross functional teams to build and implement processes and programs.
