Melissa Ashworth
Director of Operations, Travel, and Expense
Melissa Ashworth is the Director of Operations, Travel, and Expense at GoldSpring Consulting, where she plays a central role in supporting the firm’s internal operations and client-facing functions. Melissa leads key areas including marketing coordination, accounts receivable and payable processes, sales support, internal meetings and events, and corporate travel and expense management.
Since joining GoldSpring in 2018, Melissa has become a driving force behind the firm’s operational efficiency and client service excellence. She supports the sales team with proposals and presentations, manages marketing campaigns and communications, and oversees financial workflows to ensure timely invoicing and payments. In addition, she handles company-wide travel arrangements and leads the expense reporting process, including review, approval, and payment coordination.
Melissa holds a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Prior to GoldSpring, she held client services and operations roles at Wake Forest University and IMG College, where she managed partnerships and coordinated events.
Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to juggle multiple priorities, Melissa is a key contributor to GoldSpring’s continued growth and seamless day-to-day operations.
