As industry veterans and business owners, we are committed to doing our part to further the representation of diverse groups in the business travel community. To progress and innovate for today’s challenges, we must tap into the talents of people across racial and ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ individuals, persons with disabilities, and other historically underrepresented groups. We encourage these individuals to consider this mentorship opportunity.

The What and Why of Mentorship
Application Process and Time Commitment
Career growth is dependent on our networks, and access to mentors and leaders to guide us. We believe that one of the best ways to close the representation gap in the industry is by making an intentional investment in supporting individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
Our mentorship program is designed to welcome approximately 10 individuals interested in furthering their business travel careers. We believe gaining holistic expertise in the travel ecosystem will build your knowledge base, offer fresh insights into each category, enhance your CV for future opportunities, and build new pathways for additional professional growth and development. Additionally, focused education can lead to career advancement, higher pay, and greater responsibilities.
The travel industry is known for the people you meet and work with, and they tend to be friends for life. There is a passion and energy — once you work in the industry you will feel it, too. There are many specialties and opportunities for learning and career growth — it truly has opportunities for everyone!
Over a period of eight weeks, each participant will have access to:
-
8 coaching sessions, with tactical guidance
-

The goal of the mentoring program is to provide resources and best practices to propel emerging leaders into their next great role and on a pathway to the corner office. Through this process, we are also excited to learn from and build relationships with our mentees.
