What is it?

The GoldSpring Traveler Sentiment Survey is a way to measure and track employee receptiveness to many aspects of business travel as companies emerge from COVID-19 travel shut down.

Travelers will have an opportunity to share their opinions on pressing issues of personal safety and well-being related to business travel.

The company will have data and benchmark results to help manage enterprise approaches to potentially sensitive employee matters.

How does it work?

Travel Managers simply sign up to receive a unique survey link and begin surveying travelers within 24 hours.

It’s recommended companies repeat survey to gauge change in sentiment over time.

Participating companies will receive unique, company-specific results as well as the cumulative results of all companies participating to benchmark their own traveler sentiment with the industry’s.

What's included?

The survey data can be viewed by various traveler demographics including location, number of trips, business unit, etc. 

 

Travelers are asked about comfort level regarding returning to work, both domestic and international travel, ride types, hotel features, meetings and more. 

 

Travel managers will receive results 5 days after their  survey is launched.
